My Coaching
Get back up, hold your head high — carry on? As if it were that easy! But: There is some truth to this saying. My work as a systemic coach and resilience trainer focuses on precisely these situations in life in which we get stuck, go around in circles, or believe that the world is ending. I know from my own experience: No, it’s not.
My conviction
Paths are created by walking them. Whether at high speed or at snail’s pace: Taking the first step is the hardest part. What’s helping us? The courage to be vulnerable, because we need it in order to implement changes in our lives.
My mission
You would like to break new ground professionally, work on your resilience preventatively, or look at a tricky situation from a different perspective? As a certified systemic coach, I’m there to support you with empathy and sensitivity. My coaching process will help you master challenging situations and make decisions more freely.
What exactly is coaching?
First off, you don’t have to manage everything on your own.
Secondly, an outside perspective offers an opportunity for further development.
Thirdly: In contrast to therapeutic frameworks, coaching can sometimes feel more light-hearted. Coaching assists you and reaches out to you when you need a helping hand.
Target group
Whether you’ve already reached the top of the career ladder, are in training, or have a personal issue: Tweaks to the system can be made at every point. Just five coaching sessions can be enough to achieve something special in your life.

My current clients include PR managers, landscape gardeners, mothers who want to return to their jobs, freelancers from the creative industry, and students.
About
My name is Franziska Hohmann, I was born in Hesse, Germany, and I’m a qualified media manager. I’ve been working as a PR manager in the international world of music and television since my early 20s. My work as a systemic coach and
resilience trainer began in 2023. Looking back, my coaching business is not just the fulfillment of a long-cherished dream for me, but also the next logical step regarding my biography. Below, you’ll understand why.
For decades, I’ve been racing through life in the fast lane, as if I was on the run. Start-ups here, new businesses there, and journeys back to my old employer. One crisis followed the next and one day, I was no longer sure whether
I would ever get to reap the benefits of all that. Fortunately, I did. Or, more precisely: I made it out on my own, got some help, and slowly took the first steps towards a new beginning.
About dreams, change, and new beginnings
I’m the only child of a severely depressed mother. During my childhood and adolescence, a lot of pain built up inside of me. At some point, I started to numb this pain because I didn’t know how to deal with it anymore. As a result,
I slipped into an addiction that would stay with me for decades. I had to accept this truth before I could begin my new life. When I was ready, I knew that now was the time for me to realize my dreams. One of these dreams was to
become a certified systemic coach.
Today I split my time between my two homes in Berlin and Mallorca, the island being my absolute power place. My life happens in both places, a part of me lives in both places. In addition to

, there is now FIVE DIAMONDS COACHING, face-to-face or digital – coaching is possible everywhere. I am grateful that I can pass on my expertise and experience as an expert in change management to you, my clients.
If someone had told me what my life was going to be a few years ago, I probably wouldn’t have believed a single word. This is one of the reasons why my work as a coach is so important to me. I want to show that change is possible,
both big and small. I look forward to getting to know you!
